Continuity requires more than scheduling work after hours. Areas, decisions, risks and responsibilities need to be separated before construction begins.

Map the operation

Identify critical teams, meetings, customer activity, technology, records, access and dates that cannot be interrupted.

Work in phases

Define intervention zones, safe routes, dust and noise control, temporary storage and clear acceptance criteria for each phase.

Coordinate building and systems

Confirm hours, authorized personnel, elevators, loading, security, alarms, power, data and air conditioning with building management and specialists.

Close each phase

Use inspection lists, system testing, cleaning and sign-off before moving teams or opening the next work zone.
